What Tae Kwon Do Is All About
Tae Kwon Do is a great way to become physically and mentally fit while having fun! Learn valuable lifelong skills - respect, self-confidence, and courage, all while practicing self-defense techniques. Our classes for kids provide a great introduction to Martial Arts and incorporate fun games and drills!

Tournaments
In September, we host the Pine Tree Championship in Freeport, Maine. We are rated by SMART (Maine Tournaments) and we are also active on the New England Circuit (IPPONE).
